Cognitive Assessment – $1,800.00 inc GST

Each assessment includes:

  • Full cognitive assessment
  • Comprehensive psychological report
  • 30-minute feedback consultation
  • Detailed recommendations for managing ADHD symptoms
  • Personalised action plan developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals (where appropriate)

Payment & Rebates

Fees are payable by direct fund transfer on the day of the ADHD assessment in Melbourne.

Noah Mankowitz is a Clinical Psychologist registered with Private Health Funds. Some funds may offer rebates for psychological testing services. It’s recommended that you check with your health fund to see if your extras cover includes ADHD assessments and the potential rebate amount.

If eligible, you will need to pay the full assessment cost upfront, and we will provide a receipt for you to claim your rebate online.

Please note: Medicare does not currently provide rebates for cognitive assessments.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and the following cancellation policy applies as per the Australian Psychological Society (APS) guidelines:

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the full appointment fee.
  • Between 24-48 hours’ notice: 50% of the full appointment fee.

Important Information

  • Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through private health insurance extras cover or Medicare.
  • Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling further appointments.
  • In special circumstances, cancellation or late arrival fees may be waived. Please discuss this at the time of cancellation.
