He earned his qualifications from Harvard; Yale as well as Deakin University and ACU in Melbourne, Australia. In addition, Noah has published articles with the American Psychological Association and strives to continue contributing to the medical field.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a chronic condition that equally affects millions of children and adults. ADHD includes a combination of persistent problems, such as difficulty sustaining attention, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. ADHD can also lead to unstable relationships, poor work or school performance, low self-esteem, and other problems.

Although there are different ways to assess ADHD, the method supported by the most evidencebased practice is the Cognitive Assessment known as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children | Fifth Edition (WISC-V) and the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale | Fourth Edition (WAIS–IV).
